The Knives below are all sold, but provide examples of what will appear for sale in the monthly lottery.

**These are Carbon Steel knives. They are not stainless steel. It is possible for the steel to rust if left wet for too long and not cared for properly. Each knife will come with a note describing how best to care for it and how to help the knife acquire a long lasting patina.
